Orders from a physician are required for ALL procedures. When scheduling an appointment, please have your physician order at hand so that vital information is available to the scheduler. Some procedures require pre-screening to ensure patient safety. Once your CT or MRI appointment is made, a coordinator will contact you to conduct a pre-appointment interview including a brief medical history.
