Services
LASIK Surgery
Our LASIK procedure uses advanced laser technology to permanently reshape the cornea for improved vision. This outpatient treatment addresses nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism through precise tissue removal. Patients typically experience rapid visual recovery with most achieving 20/20 vision or better within days following the quick, painless procedure performed under local anesthesia.
Cataract Removal
We specialize in modern cataract extraction using phacoemulsification technology to remove clouded natural lenses. Our surgeons implant advanced intraocular lenses that can correct vision at multiple distances while reducing dependence on glasses. The procedure typically takes less than 20 minutes with patients resuming normal activities within days following surgery.
Corneal Transplantation
Our specialists perform full and partial thickness corneal transplants to treat severe corneal damage or disease. Utilizing donor tissue, we replace diseased corneal tissue with healthy grafts through techniques including DSEK and DMEK endothelial keratoplasty. These procedures restore vision while maintaining structural integrity of the eye.
Premium Lens Implants
We offer advanced intraocular lens options that provide clear vision at multiple distances. These premium implants correct presbyopia and reduce dependence on glasses following cataract removal. Our surgeons customize lens selection based on individual visual needs and lifestyle requirements through comprehensive preoperative evaluations.
Refractive Surgery
Our refractive surgery options include LASIK, LASEK, and phototherapeutic keratectomy for correcting common vision errors. These procedures reshape the cornea using excimer laser technology to reduce or eliminate the need for corrective eyewear. Each treatment plan is customized using wavefront-guided diagnostics for optimal visual outcomes.

Report
I recently had LASIK, and I loved the treatment and care from Vermont Laser Vision. Dr. McCormick is great, but the best people are the technicians who walked alongside me, and encouraged me the entire time. Scheduling and payment was easy, and I would recommend this office for anyone else looking to have LASIK done.
