Services
Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments realign the spine to alleviate pain and improve nervous system function. Using techniques like Gonstead and Activator, we address subluxations causing discomfort in the back, neck, and joints. Patients experience reduced inflammation, improved mobility, and enhanced natural healing through targeted spinal manipulations.
Pediatric Chiropractic
Pediatric chiropractic care addresses spinal misalignments in children from infancy through adolescence. Gentle adjustments correct birth trauma, improve posture, and support healthy development. Parents report reduced ear infections, better sleep, and enhanced immune function in children receiving regular chiropractic care for growing bodies.
Sports Injury Care
Sports injury care combines chiropractic adjustments with rehabilitation therapies to treat sports-related musculoskeletal injuries. We accelerate recovery from sprains, strains, and joint injuries while improving athletic performance. Custom treatment plans help athletes regain strength, flexibility, and range of motion for safe return to competition.
Cold Laser Therapy
Cold laser therapy uses low-level light to reduce inflammation and stimulate cellular repair. This non-invasive treatment accelerates healing for chronic pain, sports injuries, and sinus congestion. Patients benefit from pain relief and tissue regeneration without medication or surgery through targeted application of therapeutic light energy.
Nutritional Counseling
Nutritional counseling provides personalized dietary recommendations to support overall wellness. We address deficiencies through supplementation and whole-food diets to improve metabolic function. Patients receive guidance on multivitamins, probiotics, and anti-inflammatory eating plans to complement chiropractic care and enhance health outcomes.

I love Dr. Crandall. He genuinely cares about his patients. I have been going to him for several year. I've had two issues in this time - he corrected both. Otherwise, I just have maintenance appointments.

Do not use them as they attempt to scam you. They advertise a $20.00 first time introduction patient; with no other notices that there will be other expenses. Beatrice Family Chiropractic will then double the introduction and send a bill later. If you advertise $20.00 for first time patents then uphold that! On top of that they never actually did any chiropractic care. Not a place of business that I will ever recommend to friends, family or complete strangers.
