Services
Foot and Ankle Surgery
Our board-certified surgeons perform both routine and complex procedures including bunion corrections, Achilles tendon repairs, and reconstructive surgeries for fractures. We utilize minimally invasive techniques when possible, with a focus on rapid recovery and functional restoration. Patients benefit from pre- and post-operative care in our integrated clinic setting.
Laser Treatments
FDA-approved laser therapy targets toenail fungus without damaging healthy tissue. Combined with antifungal gel applications, this non-invasive treatment achieves 80-85% success rates. Most patients see clear nail regrowth within 2-3 months through our three-session protocol spaced 30 days apart.
Advanced Wound Care
Specialized care for chronic wounds includes bioengineered skin grafts, negative pressure therapy, and infection prevention protocols. Our team manages diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg wounds, and pressure sores with multidisciplinary approaches that reduce amputation risks through early intervention and advanced healing technologies.
Custom Orthotics
Individually molded shoe inserts address biomechanical issues causing plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and other structural problems. We offer both rigid and soft orthotic options tailored to patient activity levels, with materials selected for optimal comfort and pressure redistribution.
Sports Injury Treatment
Comprehensive management of sports-related injuries includes acute care for sprains/fractures and rehabilitation programs for runners, hikers, and athletes. Our podiatrists specialize in stress fracture treatment, gait analysis, and injury prevention strategies tailored to endurance sports and high-impact activities.

Would give 0 stars if i could. I brought a pair of custom Orthotics in to be refurbished - I have worn custom orthotics for over 40 yrs and I am VERY familiar with the refurbishing process. Typically they are sent to a lab for this process to be performed correctly - I was not informed, nor was I given a choice for my orthotics to be sent out, or done in house by Dr. Bean. I assumed that they would be sent out - as had been my previous experiences.

After 3 attempts my left orthotic is now unwearable due to terrible workmanship (it was wearable and it fit my foot before Dr. Bean "refurbished" them) I requested a refund was told no. I am seeking remedy in small claims court for the refurbishing charge and additional damages - a new pair is approx. 650.00 which insurance does not cover. I was also given a hand written invoice at the time of service - something that I have never seen before from a Doctor office - Very Shady.
