I was born and raised in Waukon, IA and moved to Cedar Rapids in 2010 while attending the University of Iowa. I graduated with a degree in Biology in 2014. I spent four years working before finally deciding to attend Palmer College in Davenport. While in the outpatient clinic at Palmer I was able to intern under an awesome pediatric doctor which sparked my interest in working with the pediatric and perinatal populations. During my time at Palmer, I was married to my high school sweetheart, Sam, in 2019.
