Very kind and caring people! Shelby went above and beyond to assist my son and I. She is very kind. informative, understanding, and does everything in her capability to help my son and I get the help and direction we have been searching for. Dr. Swan was also very caring and helpful. I'm so grateful I have been directed to this physician to get the proper help for my son. Highly recommend.

We asked for a referral for an issue with my child. Pediatrics sent the referral to a local doctor. We made an appointment with this local doctor a month ago and pediatrics called to follow up we made the appointment with the referred to doctor last week. Today we show up to the appointment to find out pediatrics sent us to the incorrect place and the referral was denied. We waited a month for this appointment. Called pediatrics back to be told they will refer us to the correct place now but to call them as soon as possible because they book up quick. So now we will have waited months to get an appointment.

Called since 8AM, my child is sick asked for her to be seen. The clinic usually has walk in appointments which I thought I would get 8-10. I have been going there for 5 years! Told them she needs a strep test, ALREADY took a covid test which came back negative and the receptionist and nurse whoever I spoke with on 1/26/22 wanted me to do a "virtual" appointments (while I have a broken camera on my phone) makes a lot of sense. ANYWAY, my daughter is crying saying "why are they not letting me go".
She is 10! And I mentioned the walkin as I have called several times since 8 and it was about 9 something and the recipient told me they aren't doing that anymore because of the time! I will be changing drs, as well with my other children. Their/ yalls integrity is not compassionate, caring. Yall just lost my children as patients.

A wonderful office with caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and compassionate providers. They provide excellent care to their patients.
