This fee cannot be covered by any insurance company, it will be the patient's responsibility to pay this fee in order to be seen for their next exam. A "no show" means, if you have a scheduled appointment with our office and do not show up or call, you have "no showed" to your appointment. If you call and reschedule or cancel an appointment prior to your appointment time, you will not be charged this fee. If your primary vision policy has a copay for a routine vision check, please be prepared to pay that copay at the time of service.

We carry over 500 frames in stock for your selection including designer frames and sunglasses. We carry most major brands of contact lenses including daily and monthly disposables, contacts lenses for astigmatism, and colored contacts to change your eye color!. Coordinated Care/Ambetter/Envolve - Exams Only - **Glasses and Contact Lens benefit billing is not offered at this location**.
