What primary care services do you offer?
We provide preventive care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, women's health exams, diabetic education, minor dermatological procedures, and urgent care for acute illnesses.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, we welcome new patients at both our Williamsville and West Amherst locations. You can schedule your first appointment through our online system or by calling either office.
What are your office hours?
Both locations are open Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM and Saturdays 8AM-1PM for sick visits. Phone hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-4:30PM and Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, we reserve daily openings for urgent care needs. Same-day appointments are available for acute illnesses at both locations during regular business hours.
Are your providers board-certified?
All our physicians are board-certified in family medicine, with additional training in chronic care management, preventive medicine, and behavioral health integration.

The receptionist is so incredibly rude. Whats the point of even having one at this point. You just check in yourself anyways. If their only purpose is to make appointments, then theyre terrible at it. They literally have one job to do and they have the worst unfriendliest attitude. I called at 8 in the morning to make an appointment, and she was already so snarky. If you hate your job that much just quit.

I was very thankful this morning after being treated by Angela and Kim McDonald. They were kind, professional, and took care of my problem in a very timely manner. Thank you I always find that Dr. Dlugosz is very caring and concerned about our health issues. I am happy to be a patient here. I have also worked with several other staff member and found them very professional and concerned.

After years of going there I have met 1 good nurse that tried to help. At this point you are treated as a product going down the assembly line. Since the self check in computer has been put in the secretaries are less friendly and more rude. Most do not want to assist you at all because it is all supposed to be done on the computer. After 3 consecutive visits and 3 rude secretaries I told them I was going to find a different Primary care physician.
I then received a letter basically telling me they are choosing to not want me as a patient. I am not surprised considering the way you get treated up front. The letter does have the Dr.s name on it and he probably doesn't even know it was being sent. Honestly, had to Google what he even looked liked because I may have met him 1 time in the 10 or so years of going there. Do yourself a favor and find a different Dr. office to go to. Something smaller. I am sure there are still good ones out there. Obviously I am looking now

New patient. Dr Semedy & Nurse Natalie are caring & listen. Convenient appts & telehealth that fit my busy schedule w work & kids. They address multiple issues & focus on preventative medicine. Many complaints are about the reception but I actually like the computer system. Definitely recommend.
