Burk, Holt, Crain, and Whitley provide a full range of ENT services, including the testing and treatment of allergies. We offer BOTOX and filler injections as well as facial and plastic reconstructive surgery and treatment of facial skin cancers. Our physicians have extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of head, neck, oral, and throat cancers as well as thyroid and parathyroid surgery.

Mary Kyle was born and raised in Indiana. She went to Indiana University for both her undergraduate and masters degree in audiology. She completed her externship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Indianapolis. She has worked for Brevard Ear, Nose, Throat and Hearing Aid Center for over 30 years.

If we participate with your insurance, we will file your services directly to them. You will be expected to pay any deductible and/or co-pay as outlined in your policy when you check in on your appointment day.
