I just made an appointment a week ago i did call twice during the week and them said my ordered frame will be there on friday, but my surprise was that no frame, and didn't write down anything about me or what i supposed buy, they just said your frame is not here, no apologies anything no one could understand why they make me go there on friday 2/3/22, shame of business

Dr. Heiden has been my eye doctor for over 40 years, he is knowledgeable, up to date with eyecare, calm, humble, professional Etc. and so thorough in examining my eyes. I now drive 1 hour each way from WPB because he is the best. I would give him 10 Stars.

From the staff to the doctors this place is magnificent! I have been a patient for 3 years and every time I go in for my exam, eye concern or glasses it has always been a pleasant experience! If you want amazing doctors and the sweetest staff go in! You will not be dissatisfied to try this place out. Wait time: great Doctors: extremely knowledgeable, caring and just amazing Staff: fenomenal! Sweet they care and make sure you have a great experience with the least amount of wait time. Bonus: Saturday appointments!

After 30 years in the industry I can confidently say my examination was perfectly done, professional and knowledgeable. Opticians dispensing eyewear have excellent skills and ability. If you are looking for the cheap stuff this is not it. If you want the best quality product and experience you are at the right place.
