Aloha from the beautiful Wai'anae Coast on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. We are the largest of 14 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in the state of Hawaii. In 2017, we served more than 37,000 patients, with over 203,500 visits through our seven service sites. Improving care to the community means continued integration of primary care, behavioral health, nutrition, dental care, diagnostic services and pharmacy within the same clinic.

Our commitment of caring for and serving our community has continued to grow since our humble beginnings in 1972 when just one doctor and a staff of five began delivering services from a temporary location in the heart of Waianae.

We've taken several actions (see below) to create a safe environment for our patients and staff. We welcome you back for in-person visits! Contact your WCCHC medical provider for an in-person visit. We understand that you may be cautious to return to our health center for in-person visits. We have developed the following healthcare services to bring care to you while adhering to social distancing measures. We offer pharmacy curbside pick-up and pharmacy home delivery (between Honokai Hale and Makaha) as an alternative to getting your medications.

Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center is comprised of a network of primary care-oriented clinics with locations in Waianae (Main Campus & Waianae Mall), Nanakuli, Waipahu, and Kapolei. A Primary Care Physician, or PCP, provides continuous care for a patient and is responsible for the patient's overall well-being.
