Mend is a healthcare communications platform and is the Health Center's choice for virtually connecting you with your healthcare provider. Telehealth is a secure, easy-to-use, and convenient way for you to visit with your medical provider, when you can't visit in-person.

We are pleased to bring convenient patient online services to you with our partner NEXTGEN Patient Portal. Please explore the multiple services available. Our online service will allow you to create an account, request medication refills, request an appointment, and email your primary care provider.

We've taken several actions (see below) to create a safe environment for our patients and staff. We welcome you back for in-person visits! Contact your WCCHC medical provider for an in-person visit. We understand that you may be cautious to return to our health center for in-person visits. We have developed the following healthcare services to bring care to you while adhering to social distancing measures. We offer pharmacy curbside pick-up and pharmacy home delivery (between Honokai Hale and Makaha) as an alternative to getting your medications.

Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center is comprised of a network of primary care-oriented clinics with locations in Waianae (Main Campus & Waianae Mall), Nanakuli, Waipahu, and Kapolei. A Primary Care Physician, or PCP, provides continuous care for a patient and is responsible for the patient's overall well-being.
