Had a very enjoyable eye exam at the Cheyenne Eye Clinic. Got in right on time, they used a special machine to look on the inside of my eyes rather than the drops. Gus was great as always fitting me with my new glasses. 39 plus years as a patient.

Dr. Bowman is great and friendly. She is ready to answer any questions you may have about your appointment. The counter receptionists are friendly and greets everyone when they came in. The young lady who prepped before my appointment was friendly and professional. They are great!

The tech who did my exam was great but there was no communication as to why I was there so she had no idea I was there for contact lenses. The doctor spent about 5 seconds with me and was not impressive in the slightest. The front desk lady looks like she has never cracked a smile in her life and is extremely unfriendly. I finally got a call back to pick up my contacts but no one told me how much they would cost even though I asked repeatedly so I had an unpleasant surprise when I went to pick them up. Overall they got the job done but I would never go back.

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time to see a doctor was only 10 minutes. Total visit was an hour. There price for an extensive eye exam was very affordable. I was very pleased with my experience today
