I tried to make an appointment with them for my sons circumcision. I did not have my baby at the affiliated hospital but at a birth center. They refused to do it because my child is not a regular patient there. (He's literally a NEWborn) they told me they didn't have the time or resources to do a procedure for someone who wouldn't continue to be a patient. I told them I am happy to follow up with them and they STILL refused to do the procedure.
I have many friends who have done the circumcisions with these doctors and have other pediatricians as their primary - and they were able to- so I am blown away that they refused services for literally no reason.

We've been patients for over 8 years now. The doctors and staff are great. Weekend and evening hours have kept us out of the ER and Walk in clinics many times!

We have been seeing Dr. McCranie for almost a year now and she's truly amazing! She listens to our concerns as first time parents (which can be a lot) and is always so sweet with our son! When we have questions about symptoms or need to be seen the same day the clinic is great about having the nurse call back or get us scheduled to be seen immediately.
