The Dr. came in room and did not exam me, told me from across room, you would not want me to get exposed to anything and never got near me. It was like I was not at a hospital and couldn't believe they did this. Would have been better to just been told there not seeing patients then been treated this way. Now they call and harass me weekly over bill I only do not owe to no care given but I will not pay instead I should sue them for pain and suffering I'm still have medical problems and it's worse now.

Nurses seem nice. They need to get a better receptionist to greet ppl. The receptionist for the 3:00-11:00 today was rude and mean. The security guard David Williams was rude. When you're working with the public you need to have compassion and be professional at all times. As long as the doctors and nurses are nice to my momma I'm fine. If they don't want to work with the public they need to find a work at home job. Cause some of their attitudes stink!

ER front desk was rude. Physician on duty sent my husband home diagnosed with stomach flu when he was having a kidney shutting down (had to take him to Bolivar County 2 days later to get a correct diagnosis). Had to ambulance him back to Delta Health System from Bolivar County for emergency surgery and dialysis. Someone stole $60 from him. And because of Covid19 no one was allowed to be with him. Sorry I can't give this a rating of 0.

Off and on for years I went here for help with rib pain. My right ribs were always in pain. They took countless x-rays and performed many tests. After 3 years of checking in and er visits.with no conclusion for the pain I was told "well your ribs aren't broken sir. you've had to many x-rays and are at a higher risk of cancer, what do you want us to do". Despite the fact that it was them who ordered these scans and tests. a few months later I went to a chiropractor. He took one x-ray, and found that I had DISLOCATED ribs. he put them back into place for me. I was told. who ever read my tests and x-rays.doesn't know how to do their job. why is that?
