Extremely poor customer service. I live 45 mins from the area and was running a few minutes late for my appointment. Called before I left my home. I was told it would be fine to come on in for the appointment. I arrived within 15 mins of my appointment. Upon arrival, the girl at the front desk, dressed in a camo thermal shirt looking very unprofessional, said I never called ahead and she is the only one that answers the phone.
No apology and no concern and definitely not a good fit in any capacity for the healthcare industry. She then proceeded to go ask the doctor if she would see me and the doctor declined as she was going to lunch and didn't want to miss it. I would have just rescheduled if I would have been informed it was going to be an issue. Poor communication and even poorer customer service. I would not recommend this business and will make sure to share my experience with anyone that I can. As a business owner myself there will be numerous people to share this with.

OK for a routine exam but when I needed an emergency eye exam for possible detatched retna, after hours support was virtually non-existant and they would not work me into their schedule the next morning in Crosby or Baxter. Had to drive to the cities to my previous eye doctor to get it checked out in spite of a referal from the Crosby ER and Dr. Merck. Looking for a better provider in the Brainerd area.

Brought my husband in for eye surgery today and 1st impression was very cold by the receptionist. Sat as other patients came in and noted a very rude reception patients also. also

Had a wonderful experience getting my eyes examined by Dr. Klingelhofer. The entire staff were very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. My eyes were examined, contact lenses were ordered, and I was out of there in a less than an hour! I will be going back for future vision needs.
