Kristi received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science from Trevecca Nazarene University. Amanda is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a combined total of 13+ years of healthcare experience.

All self-pay patients will be required to pay a $75.00 fee for the first office visit. Any other charges incurred over and above that amount for that date of service and beyond, will be set up on a payment arrangement system. If you have an insurance that has a deductible requirement, you will need to pay this amount prior to any surgery.

Our office is open Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. Please call our office at 931-905-1001 to schedule an appointment. You must arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment. Please call if you are unable to make your scheduled time. The no-show fee is $25.00.
