CHI St. Anthony is a 25-bed, faith-based acute care hospital and healthcare campus serving the Pendleton, OR area for more than 100 years. We are committed to the highest quality of patient care and safety, and to strengthening our community through wellness education. CHI St. Anthony is part of CommonSpirit Health.

Your medical information belongs to you. That's why we want you to have access to your records whenever you need it. Whether you are a patient of our Hospital or our Clinic, we will give you access to the information you need. This portal houses information from all services performed at the hospital, including laboratory testing done at St. Anthony Hospital, Diagnostic Imaging reports, Visit History, Health Summary, and Discharge instructions. You may be issued a code to log on to the portal during your visit to St. Anthony Hospital.
