Dr. Steven E. Caplan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and New York University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview/FSK Medical Center and received his Dermatology training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is currently serving as Chief of Dermatology for the York Hospital.

It is best to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please call 717-741-5512. We will be happy to assist you. Children and their safety are very important to us! Due to the nature of many of our treatments, we request that children under the age of 13 not be permitted in the Cosmetic Center. Our younger clients receiving treatment will require a completed "Minor Consent" form and an adult present. We appreciate your consideration.
