Wish I could share the same positive reviews that other people are sharing. I did not find the office to be warm at all. Very mechanical. That was my first and last time to use this clinic. I will give them credit for getting me back before my scheduled time. Ashley the PA spent less than 2 minutes in the room before sending me to get labs and then the tech wasn't sure how long it takes to get results.
It's day four and they still don't have the lab results back. Someone told me prior to going "they serve a purpose" and they weren't wrong lol. They served their purpose but I don't find them to be a fit when it comes to my primary care physician. If you are the type of person that just wants to get in and out of the office this place is for you. If you want to feel like the physicians and staff care about patients then I'd recommend finding another group.

Customer Service is rare these days. My first visit was beyond my expectations. The office staff was kind, everything was automated and quick. There was barely any wait and the follow through was impeccable. The NP did an excellent job assessing. I will definitely go back.

My husband and I are seen here and we always have such a wonderful experience! Dr. Campbell is great, and definitely worth the distance we travel to see him. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and really takes the time to listen to our concerns. He also has a great sense of humor, and overall it is just such a rare find to have all these wonderful attributes in a doctor!

Katie Masters takes the time to listen to you and offers many suggestions/solutions to health concerns. It's also nice they have someone to draw labs on site. The entire staff is wonderful, easy to get in touch with unlike the large corporate-style, hospital associated doctor's offices. Truly a good family medicine practice. Highly recommend.

Founders family is a wonderful office! I will continue to visit them as long as I live in castle Rock. I had an issue and was able to get in same day. There was concern over the medication I needed and they accommodated me and took care of me. They are very professional staff and really do care about the patients.

Found her family medicine is a great primary Care and urgent Care facility. I have been going there for my primary care for about 5 years. The staff is great and seems to be always on time. Tony Cirillo is a great PA and always willing to help you out. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for a primary care physician or an urgent care
