This office guides you through the process from making an appointment to leaving safely after your procedure. The office staff is very helpful and the nurses are terrific. The entire staff keeps this office running impeccably smooth. Dr. Baig performed my Endoscopy and Colonoscopy simultaneously. He is a true professional and has a pleasant bedside manner. He is thorough in his explanations, patient with you and more than willing to answer questions.

Dr Gorsey was very professional and explained my procedure clearly. I arrived at my designated time and waited on a stretcher temporarily. I was told I would be next about 15-20 minutes. I had to wait over an hour and a half and then told they had bad patients and they hope I am a good one. (Whatever that meant?) Procedure went well and I was given a good report. Next day someone followed up.

Although I was not excited about getting my procedure, I did find a tremendous amount of comfort in the communication from Advanced Endoscopy. From the appointment to a follow up call everything was extremely professional. I would have any one of my family members use AE.
