From the west, the Highland-Aurora Eye Clinic is located on the west side of Aurora, directly across the street from Mercy Center for Health Care Services, Provena-Mercy. If you are coming from the east, take the East-West Toll way (I-88) to the Aurora exit at Route 31. Turn South on Lake Street (Route 31) to the first intersection, Sullivan Road, and then turn right.

At our office, we ensure that patients receive the most advanced eye care. Our office regularly attends seminars and conferences devoted to new treatments, new technologies and excellent patient care practices. With patient care as our top priority, this is our commitment to you. Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you to talk with the doctor and receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.

When you visit our office, please bring your photo ID and current insurance card (if you have insurance) with you. A photo ID is required for all patients. We ask that your insurance card be readable. It should have the claim's mailing address on it, and we will need your identification number for the policy.
First Visit
Report
Prior to your first visit with us, please be sure to bring your current eyeglasses or contact lenses, a list of the medications you are taking, as well as all of your insurance information. Depending on your specific needs, your initial visit will last approximately one to two hours. During this first visit, we will record your medical history and information, and perform all of the tests we need to get a complete picture of your ocular health. After our tests, we will discuss the results with you, as well as how treatments should proceed.
