Terrible business practices. As a chiropractor, I would rate him with 3 stars. He did good once, then not so good the 2nd time. But the business practice of sending my bill to a credit collection agency without first notifying me is totally unacceptable. Not even a phone call. I didn't even know that I owed him money. This must be some sort of violation of consumer credit laws, and I am investigating that now.

I was dealing with an on going issue for years. Dr. Pamplin did several tests and was able to pinpoint the exact area and issue. After being adjusted he recommended acupuncture. The issue has been resolved and I wish I had seen them long before. If anyone is interested in correcting an issue rather than just being cracked, I highly suggest this team. Another thing is they are not salesman. I saw the Dr. as a follow up and he said I was good and recommended a periodic adjustment or if it comes back. Very pleased.

My boyfriend and I were up to bury his dad at the Veterans Cemetary and of course how life work his back was totally out! Found Lakes Region Chiropractor! Dr Pamplin was amazing! Helped him immediately. Highly recommend the practice! Thank you so much!

When I first started going to see Dr. Pamplin I couldn't walk, dress my feet. After my first appointment i felt better. The next appointment came and I felt great. In fact I wanted to go home and place horseshoes. My family and I nicknamed him "Dr. Magic Hands". This was due to him giving me many adjustments which improved my life style. They are very willing to work with me whenever I call they 99.9% of the time get me in the same day. My hat goes off to you Dr. Pamplona.
