I read the reviews on here before I called to make the appointment. There were many reviews praising the staff. I don't know who they talked to, but the gal who answered the phone was sure rude and short with me. I made the appointment but when she hung up at the end without saying goodbye and basically cut me off, I called back and told her how rude she was and to cancel my appointment. She didn't apologize or anything to try to keep me as a patient. I will not be calling them again and I definitely will let people know how I was treated.

I've always had great experiences here and like my provider. My only issue is if your running behind please let me know when you check in. I totally get it that things come up, however waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled time with no update isn't acceptable.

I had a great experience! I had skin tags removed and a small carcinoma from my back removed and I have zero complaints about the staff or the DR. himself. from me. Average wait time and they allowed my husband to be with me in my room. I recommend highly. I was at the office on Nicholas street in Omaha

They were able to get me in same day and the Dr. I saw was great - he took the time to listen, answered all my questions and explained what I needed very well. Highly recommend and will definitely return if I have any dermatological needs!
