Afternoon appointments are available for your convenience. Please provide 24 hours advance notice if you must change or cancel your appointment time. As a courtesy to other patients and their privacy, only one person may accompany a patient during an office visit into the examination/treatment room.

Our clinic policy is medical and surgical fees are payable when services are rendered, including co-pay or cash patients. We accept VISA, DiscoverCard, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, in addition to checks and debit cards. We are a CASH-FREE office. Good news - YES! Most health insurance policies pay very well, often paying the entire amount.

As a board-certified dermatology practice, Dr. Breedlove and his staff are the first people you should see regarding skin cancer and acne. Dr. Breedlove, and his staff, have a special interest in skin surgery and skin cancer. Most surgeries are performed under local anesthetic with minimum discomfort in the quiet comfort of our offices.
