If you are a current MPCP patient, please sign up for the Patient Portal, our secure, online site, where you can request appointments, prescription renewals and physician referrals, and receive clinical summaries of visits, lab letters, and patient education. Using the Portal is free, and all patients are encouraged to sign up.

MPCP offers you telemedicine visits for safe and secure medical care right in the comfort of your own home. You just need your smartphone, an iPad, or a home computer with a camera and microphone. Appointments can be scheduled during regular office hours by calling your MPCP office. After-hours and weekend appointments are also available Monday to Friday 5-10 pm, Saturday 10 am - 4 pm, and Sunday 12 - 6 pm.

Please refer to your MPCP office's location page for address, phone, fax, office and telephone hours information. If you have an urgent problem when the office is closed, a message on the answering machine will give you a number to call for the on-call doctor. This number is for emergencies only and is not intended for routine refills, referrals, narcotic prescriptions, or second opinions about on-going care.
