Nurse Practioner i had an a appointment with was great and I would love to continue seeing her but the front office staff are ridiculous to deal with, always putting you on hold even after you tell them you've been trying to talk to someone and that its important. Lindsey is especially unprofessional discussing another patient with me when I first called to set up an appointment. Worst place ever! Do not waste your time!

Was accepted as a new patient in January for Doctor Oliver. I faxed over my medical records ASAP and was told i would receive multiple calls regarding my information and setting up an appointment. Fast forward to the end of March I never received a call and after 20 plus attempts at contacting somebody higher up than the person at the front office I've been told my doctor is not taking "new patients". Horrific service, would tell me they'd call me back with the right person and never did, always lied about calling me back. Terrible experience here, do NOT go here if you want an actual appointment or basic honesty and transparency.

I would give no stars if possible. Have been with this office and Dr. Oliver for a few years. If you want an office who doesnt answer their phone and has no sense of scheduling this place is for you. They will also send your information to the hospital wrong several times. Good luck getting them on the phone to correct their mistakes. You will just have to move your schedule to fit their incompetents. This could literally be the worst Doctors office in the state.

My appointments have been canceled on multiple occasions, horrible hours (like most people work dont they.), can never get in when you're sick (how about an appointment in 2 weeks. NO IM SICK NOW). And aren't people in customer service who answer the phones generally supposed to be friendly and willing to help you. just sayin
