Woodstock Pediatric Medicine is a comprehensive pediatric practice providing well and sick child care to newborns and children from birth through the age of 18 years. We currently have four pediatricians, Dr. Heaven, Dr. Le, Dr. Rzeznik and Dr. Shah, whom are all board certified pediatricians and members of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). In addition, we have also Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, Shannon Dobson and Milan Wade Johnson and our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Julie Anna Gomez.

Prescription refills may be requested during our regular office hours, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30p.m. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for all prescription refills. The fastest way to have your child's chronic medication refilled is to contact your pharmacy and ask them to fax the refill request to our office at 770-517-0260.

You can schedule an appointment by calling 770-517-0250 during business hours. If your child is sick and requires an unscheduled exam, you may call our office for your child to be worked in as quickly as possible. It is helpful if you give us enough notice when you call to ensure the highest quality of care to everyone.
