NMSMC is an outpatient facility, which supplies physical & occupational therapy, aquatic therapy, and specializes in athletic injury rehabilitation. In 1987, Chuck Smith, PT and owner, helped start Sports Medicine Center with the dedication to supply the best quality care with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction.
