Terrible facility. If a negative star ranking could be given, would definitely go with a -2. They have shown on multiple occasions that their staff doesn't appear to have the proper training to handle situations with a range of issues. Also is their inconsistent policy following. I was out here a month ago, no mask and staff didn't say a word. Even members of the staff didn't have them on. Come out again and we're back to 'You have to have it on.' Recommendation - drive to Reid, Kettering or Miami Valley. They have people there that can take care of you, and your loved ones, so much better.

I went to the hospital with extreme back pain. The Doctor did not do x-rays. I have serious arthritis was completely dismissed and told they could do nothing. (Couldn't get into my doctor for a month.).

Horrible. My 80+ year old mother was transported to the ER after a fall, no broken bones so they said "we need your room" and stuck her in a wheelchair in the lobby to wait for a ride home. She didn't have her walker, the wheelchair was locked in place, she couldn't even get to a restroom. Finally somebody realized that she had been sitting there for a long time. Very uncaring and unresponsible.

I was seriously dehydrated with Covid and went to the ER for some fluids. Which they proceeded to say they couldn't give me cause I had Covid and instead made sure I didn't have Pneumonia and then discharged me. So they let me go knowing I had not eaten or drank anything for 4 days due to constant vomiting, I couldn't hardly walk, and wasn't even able to keep down water. I also stated I had just had my gallbladder surgically removed a month before and hadn't hardly recovered from that. Which they didn't seem to care about. They said my vital signs were good and sent me on my way.
