If we do not have a contract with your medical insurance company, or if you do not have medical insurance, payment in full is expected at the time of your visit. You will be required to show a copy of your insurance card at each visit. If you do not have your insurance card or we are unable to verify your coverage, payment in full is expected at the time of your visit.

Through the years he has grown the practice to include additional offices in Rocky Mount, Roanoke Rapids, Goldsboro, and Fayetteville. Polley Clinic has been among the largest dermatology providers in the Southeast, and one of the largest privately-owned medical economic engines in North Carolina. He is proud to have provided employment to hundreds of employees and has had four employees that have been with him for greater than 20 years. He is married with 2 children.
