First office was not friendly stood there for 5 minutes before they asked if they could help me. Dr Waizenegger no epiphany went there on the 3rd. Received medication and still my ear is hurting.

Extraordinary costumer service and quality of care. Maira and Marilin from the front desk were very, kind, attentive, and helpul to my concerns as I had been referred to the hospital to the practice. Then, the nurse Nicole and PA Ruben Morillo showed a professional attitude and explained the process clearly. Finally, Dr. Michael Bibliowicz did an excellent approach to my medical concern with a good bedside manner. Definately, I felt care, satisfied and confortable in the entire process. I just wanted to thank them publically and wish you the best in the future.

All staff members are polite and friendly, before my ear test the young lady explained what the test consist of, and will reveal to her the ability of the hearing of the person.

Find another Dr. I was billed for something that the Dr. Harrington never informed me would be an additional cost. Also I waited over an hour past my scheduled appt time to see the Dr. I called and talked to billing about the charge and was told I signed a paper in the beginning allowing them to charge for what ever they wanted during the visit. Every other Dr. I have been to has told me about additional charges. Dr. Harrington did not let me give informed consent for a procedures cost. Just said I'm gonna look up your nose and charged me in addition my visit cost.
