Report
Dr Bibliowicz is the senior partner and co-founder of Orlando ENT. Originally from Colombia, he is a graduate of the University of Florida, and earned his Doctor of Osteopathy with Honors from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Harrington

Dr. Harrington is a co-founder of Orlando ENT. After growing up in Michigan, he completed undergraduate studies from Michigan State University, then earned his Osteopathic medical degree, Cum Laude, from University of Norht Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his training in ENT and facial plastic surgery at Bicounty Community/Detroit Osteopathic Hospital. He co-founded Orlando ENT in 1994. He works in all area of otolaryngology, and has an affinity for facial plastic reconstruction.
Dr. Waizenegger
Report
Dr. Waizenegger completes our group. She joined Orlando ENT in 2008, after a short time in Milwaukee and 9 years in the Air Force, when she attained the rank of Lt. Colonel. She is a Florida native, with an undergraduate degree from the Florida State University, and her medical degree from the University of Florida. She did her residency at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. She practices in all areas of ear nose and throat.
