Dr. Middleton has provided me with life changing medical care and therapy! He has rehabbed me back from a multitude of injuries ranging from a bulged L3 disc to a partially torn and damaged supraspinatus tendon in my shoulder and torn cartilage and major inflammation in my knees. Dr. Middleton also treats my kids and has always been available to rehab them and care for them and their many sports related injuries.
