Outstanding folks- from the initial call to adjusting the new set. Shout out to Lali for emailing me necessary paperwork expeditiously. My appointment with the doctor was professional and she took the time to explain stuff to me in a personable manner. I loved all the variety in eyewear, it was very fun figuring out what style I wanted next. Also, this is just me being a dork but the decor is really cute and relaxing- the sea/nature theme and all the skylights are soothing.

Unkind and frustrating front desk staff. I tried for 3 years.we will not return. Sad too because the doctor is nice and spent time answering all my child's questions. Seriously, just try somewhere else.

I had a great experience at this vision center! Each staff member I met was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Chen was also wonderful. So happy to have found my new favorite eye doctor as well as a great place to upgrade my lenses! Had to recommend them to my boyfriend. We'll be coming back for sure.

Overall, the experience was pleasant. I thought everyone was very nice and the front desk was friendly. From my experience, the 1 star reviews appear to be an exaggeration and does not accurately illustrate the service you would receive. It is a great place to go.

The office staff is rude not knowledgeable they don't have glasses that actually fit your face you show up for an appointment 5 minutes late and they tell you that you can't be seen don't ever go to this place. The front desk girl Catherine is really rude and condescending.
