I have called 4 times to get an itemized receipt. Its been months and I keep calling them they keep promising to send one and I still have no receipt. Now they told us we paid in full and then sent us another bill and said it was a mistake and we still owe them money. This is the least professional place. I will never go back. Edit: Its been two weeks and they are still trying to double bill me. I already paid in full.
I called and the account manager said that I paid in full and it was a billing mistake. Yet they are still sending me bills. I called again and now they have changed their story and are saying I still owe money. This is the most dishonest and unprofessional hospital.

Recently had a loved one taken by ambulance to ACMH. I was completely unfamiliar with this hospital and concerned because it is small and outdated in appearance. My concerns were invalid. They took EXCELLENT care of him in emergency and ICU. They left no stone unturned in his care. We had been to several doctors and emergency at Pittsburgh University hospital and were dismissed and not taken seriously about his symptoms. FINALLY, someone took charge of his illness AND care at ACMH. ALL of the staff have been professional and friendly. He has recovered and is doing very well.

Dr. Michael was AWESOME and the nurses were very friendly and professional. Visit was quick, treatment was spot on, honestly, one of the best ER visits I have ever had. It's never fun when you have to go to an ER but they made it as painless as possible.
