The emergency department, designated as a Level IV Trauma Center, provides 24-hour emergency care and offers stabilization and transfer services to patients requiring more specialized care.

The Susie B. Tuttle Dialysis Unit cares for patients with end stage renal disease. This 5-star, hospital based unit serves as an essential source of access to care for numerous dialysis patients not only in Wayne County but as many as six of the surrounding counties including Northern Missouri. The Susie B. Tuttle Dialysis Unit has five treatment stations and currently serves approximately 15 patients a week up to three times weekly. The unit has service hours three-days a week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
