You can walk in with no appointment or schedule an appointment, including Same Appointments. The team at HealthPoint Family Care understands that you and your child do not always get sick when our office is open. A provider is on-call after hours to answer your questions if needed when the office is not open.

Through our Healthcare for the Homeless program, patients in need are provided medical, dental and mental health care, medications, eyeglasses, shoes and socks, toiletries, food and bus passes. Reach Out and Read is a literacy program. HealthPoint gives an new, age appropriate, book to children age six months to 5 years at each annual visits.

HealthPoint is a dedicated community partner. We believe we must provide services in easy access locations in order to be a solution to the health care needs of the community. Because of this belief, we operate several locations embedded inside other organizations. HealthPoint operates primary care centers in several schools in Kentucky.

Adult Medicine

Report

All of our physicians specializing in adult medicine are certified or board eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Board of Internal Medicine, and must be re certified every 7 to 10 years. We understand that your healthcare needs will change over time, especially as an adult.
