Although Parkview Medical Clinic and Optimal Sports Physical Therapy operate out of the same building, they are two separate practices and bills for each should be paid separately. Please Note: Although Parkview and Optimal Sports are two separate practices, you may have the same account number for both, which is why it is important that you select the appropriate practice.

Parkview Medical Clinic has a doctor available on-call every day of the week when the clinic is no open. To speak to an on-call doctor after hours, please call 952-758-2536. Physicians

Dr. Daniel Berg graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 1998 with Residency training at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Berg enjoys reading the New England Journal of Medicine and Journal Watch among other resources to stay current in all medical topics. During the pandemic Dr. Berg is busy raising his family visiting State and National Parks, helping the community, and organic gardening.
