Dr. Frank is originally from the Washington D.C. area and did his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in biology. He received his Masters of Science degree in 1996 and Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1999 from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL.
