Complete rockstars. I had an eyelash stuck in my oil gland for three days, irritating my eye and hurting. I called, they worked me in. Five minutes later I was back on the road.

Just had a report from my wife re Justin's rude demeanor. This is the second time he has reacted poorly even though examination proves the visit was necessary. He needs to take PR lessons from the terrific staff.
