Absolutely love Dr. Goodman and the nurses! We feel we get such personalized care when we are there. The only complaint I have, which I've seen others also complain about is the desk staff. They almost seem angry when you call like you're bothering them but it doesn't take away from my rating because we just love the pediatric care we get!

Medical staff very nice. But my experiences with receptionist when call in to make an appointment make me give this rating of 1 star. Honestly I'm not calling to ask for a favor nor you are doing me a favor. It's your job. You get paid with the money you charge my insurance. Should treat us with more respect. A free advice pay a customer service trainer to teach them how to make customer feel welcome. Invest in training they need it ASAP.

The office help is terrible and it seems when you talk to someone about a certain problem you are guided to another that has zero idea what you're talking about. I am moving my kids on to another practice for this very reason.
