This is the worst place EVER! I called 2 days ahead because I had a pre employment drug screen to take. I had a Quest Lab chain of custody form. I was told that my drug screen could be conducted there as along as I had a from from Quest. Two days later, I arrived at the facility to take my drug screen and I was turned away, because I was told that they actually do NOT accept Quest Lab chain of custody forms, although they are supposedly a "third party vendor." I almost lost my job opportunity due to their negligence and misinformation! Beware!

Called to rescheduled my appointment to get treatment for my ADHD diagnosis, the person on the phone straight up asked if I was trying to get Adderall. Made me not even want to go to the doctor

I love my doctor or I would be going somewhere else. My appointment was at 11:15 and it's 11:50 and I'm STILL SITTING HERE. I was even 10 minutes EARLY! The office isn't even busy, I don't get it, why make an appointment if you have to wait for almost and hour to even be seen. Unreal. Like another reviewer said, you'll spend your entire day at this place.

The staff is incredibly nice and very hygienic. Despite the current situation they are doing an amazing job and keep a good attitude. The building is extremely clean and they are taking all the proper precautions including spacing out seating areas and keeping the sitting area crowds down
