Atlantic Shore Dermatology was founded in 2005 by Ashley C. Cavalier, M.D., with a philosophy of providing excellence in dermatologic care in a compassionate and caring environment. Set amongst the majestic oaks on Saint Simons Island, Georgia, the team of Atlantic Shore Dermatology strives to bring you and your family the highest quality medical and cosmetic skin care available. In 2011, Dr. Cavalier opened an additional office in beautiful Waycross, Georgia, to better serve the communities in southeast Georgia.

A method of exfoliation that consists of using a 10 gauge scalpel to gently scrape off the top layer of dulling skin cells and vellus hair in order to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion. A method of inducing a controlled injury into the skin's dermal & epidermal junction which induces growth factors, new collagen and elastin.
