I called to have my daughters head looked at after an accident and they denied my daughter a n appointment and care after I let them know that she is medically exempt from vaccines due to medical issues.

The doctors are fantastic but the front office staff (three girls I see there when k go in) never answer the phone and have a very bad attitude towards patients and parents at the front desk. The biller was wrong about tests covered or not covered and would not see that she was incorrect even with insurance telling her. Aside from support staff like that, the doctors at this practice are absolutely wonderful. They care about the children and are very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Green misdiagnosed my baby with a cold. 2 days later my baby ended up in the ICU and hospital for a week. He wouldn't apologize to me for misdiagnosing my baby. Stay FAR away!
