The rudest, nastiest miserable front desk/check-in staff I've ever encountered and I work in the medical field/hospital. However, doctors are phenomenal. Not for nothing but the guests are visiting sick family members and are usually distressed. Not the best way to be greeted

Good experience everytime any family member had to come to various departments. The only thing is they had an ex-police dog with security guard one day and all it did was whine for the 30 minutes I had to wait for someone by one of the doors. Made me nervous and I love dogs and was glad I did not have my service dog with me that day. Otherwise Italian and helpful and friendly staff.

My Father was not doing well mentally and was suicidal and we waited for weeks even months to finally get him in to see a psychiatrist there it was our last hope. When we arrived they told us it was a video visit not an in person visit even though the paper we received in the mail said it was an in person. They turned him away and no one contacted him that day even after we made it known it was life or death. The next morning he took his life feeling as if he had no chance of getting help and no one cares.

Recently had surgery at the hospital. Every member of the staff from the surgical prep staff, recovery, nursing staff on the fourth floor surgical rooms, respiratory therapy, housekeeping and dietary were outstanding. Thank you all so very much.
