Patients benefit from faster recovery times and improved visual outcomes compared to traditional methods, with options for multifocal and astigmatism-correcting implants.
Pediatric Ophthalmology
Specialized treatment for childhood eye conditions including amblyopia, strabismus, and congenital abnormalities. Our board-certified pediatric ophthalmologists conduct comprehensive exams and develop tailored treatment plans using both traditional and innovative approaches like the Luminopia digital therapy system for lazy eye treatment.

Advanced therapy for progressive keratoconus using ultraviolet light and riboflavin to strengthen corneal tissue. This minimally invasive procedure halts disease progression and preserves vision, performed by fellowship-trained cornea specialists with extensive experience in external disease management and corneal transplants.
Dry Eye Treatment
Comprehensive management of chronic dry eye syndrome using LipiFlow thermal pulsation and serum tear therapy. Our approach combines advanced diagnostics with personalized treatment plans addressing both symptoms and underlying causes of tear film instability and ocular surface inflammation.

It's something about a business having the gato ask it patients to come in early only to have them wait in a crowed waiting room and barking out prices to customers before they even see an optometrist or sit down. Added to this ridiculousness is having to wait additional time in the back. In total we spent almost two hours waiting to be seen. Just waiting. This may have been acceptable if it was for an adult, but no, you made a 20 month old baby wait nearly two hours for nothing.

The most that occurred during our visit was them getting his information and taking a picture of his eyes (with a camera). In the end we had to leave because we may not have even seen anyone till almost 4 (we arrived there at 2:05). Even the one nice person we dealt with didn't make up for this utter disrespect for our time or our child's wellbeing. If you wondering why this happened? Simply put, Greed. Having an entire waiting room full of customers meant you had no regard for patients time or well-being(especially during a pandemic). I not only question the legality of doing this but also the morality as well.

Appt at 2:45 but asked to show up early as if they are going to be on time. Been there an hour and STILL wasn't even in put in a room. The staff seem decent but the complete disregard for my family's time is inconsiderate. Was referred here by my son's primary care doctor. Obviously, I'm not coming back. Saw a response from this place to another reviewer and they blamed the wait times on covid. No! Overbooking and greed causes long wait times. There were way too many people waiting there when I arrived. If you don't have the doctors then don't accept the appointments.

Took my son to see Dr. Hered. My son has ADHD and was particularly excitable during our visit but Dr. Hered was extremely patient and knew just what to do to get my son to pause for five seconds so he could look at his eyes.

The staff are extremely unprofessional. No one answered the phone when we tried to call regarding our appointment, we finally reached someone three hours later. The staff seems confused on the tasks they are supposed to perform, and the doctor is average. The office itself is difficult to find. The lady assisting us spent ten minutes of the appointment trying to figure out who referred us after we told her that they were on a reference list from our doctor. The appointment was not timely by any means. There are many better places to get your eyes checked than here.

My review is not about the doctors, but the office itself. It is almost impossible to make an appointment! I honestly don't know how they have any patients. First time I tried several times and our doctor had to intervene and get us an appointment, she had a hard time too, but finally got through. Now I need a follow up and cannot get through. I'm trying a different doctor/office just because I can't seem to get an appointment. Very frustrating! I have babies, I can't spend hours waiting on the phone every day. I have never experienced anything like this before. I don't get it.
