The Goodall-Witcher Healthcare Foundation was organized in July, 1966, as a non-profit corporation for the goal of owning and operating a non-profit hospital, ancillary facilities and related healthcare services for the public nice. The Foundation recognizes the charitable purpose under which it was organized and fulfills its mission in a charitable manner, not only in the field of direct patient care, but in areas of public service such as nursing education, public education and emergency medical services.
