Dr. Aiello is now focusing his practice on thyroid and female hormone prescriptions and nutrition and weight loss. Over the years he as found he can treat most medical issues with diet modification and supplements. But when patients are low in thyroid or hormones then prescriptions are needed. He will be joined by his nutritionist LisaMarie Rowell who is building her own private practice.

Dr. Aiello had been a family practice physician in Spring Valley, California since 1991. He moved to La Mesa in 2013. He is an Osteopathic physician.
