Very fraudulent office regarding billing. I went to the office for a routine physical and to have blood work ordered. I was very clear to the nurse and the resident physician that this was all I wanted and this is because that would be 100% covered by my insurance. The resident physician marked that she did OB counseling!?! That is highly not true and I never went to the appointment for OB counseling!?!

I also did not receive counseling and highly wouldn't have asked for any advice from a resident with ZERO training for Fertility. Due to that fraudulent and incorrect coding they sent me a bill for $290 instead of what is supposed to be $0. I called billing months ago and it is yet to be corrected. If I could report this practice to some board for fraud I would. Billing for services that were not requested and did not happen is fraud.

I took my disabled daughter to see Dr. Simmons, who seemed fine. On the next visit they had us see a Physicians Assistant. Over the next two years she was seen on several occasions for minor problems. When we made an appt. for more serious issues, we were told to go elsewhere. The PA didnt want to fill prescriptions that SHE had been filling for the previous 2 years (for migraines and nausea.) When we gave her office paperwork to fill out for social security, they waited two weeks, AFTER the deadline that the paperwork had to be sent, to tell me that the PA wouldnt fill out the paperwork, an actual Doctor had to fill it out.

The soonest the Doctor would see us was another 4 weeks. making it 4 weeks late to Social Security. We went to another doctor, and will not go back here. I dont know if the PA was lazy, didnt want a patient with serious medical issues, just didnt care about the patient, or if she didnt read the paperwork until 2 weeks after it was dropped off, but this could have impacted my daughter's social security disability benefits and medical status. This was unacceptable on so many levels.
