Here is the thing, the manager was so rude whenever I go to that branch. I picked that location bcz it was closer to my work place. After a year I scheduled my eye exam the doctor was nice but the manager, she was forcefully asking me to buy the contact lenses, bought those lense, they gave me trial pack of lenses but those were still not working out for me. I did not even open the box of lenses and tried to get the refund.
But she was like we don't refund those lenses on asking she said bcz the insurance doesn't let us. Long story short I talked to insurance, me kept asking for refund she made her own story and and never refunded my len charges. DONT GO TO THAT BRANCH. I'm not sure about the other one.
